1:1 – Yoga and Meditation
1:1 classes allow for a unique opportunity to learn, explore, deepen and connect. a private session offers more time to explore specific issues, individual needs, possible blockages and new habits. the integration of yoga, meditation and psychology enables a holistic view and approach. together we create a soft landing space for deep introspection.
private sessions are available for yourself or for smaller groups, perhaps for a special occasion. they can take place online or in person in hamburg.
contemplative mentoring
these sessions offer a container for deep introspection. I combine guided meditation, contemplative questions and conversation so that you can access your inner landscape, explore possible obstacles and connect with what is truly important to you. the practice will be adapted to your needs so that you can integrate it into your life.

- exploring different techniques or specific topics such as mindfulness, loving kindness, acceptance, compassion
- building a regular practice with techniques tailored to your individual needs

a session dedicated entirely to your practice. you will receive tools, assistance and techniques that are geared towards your own practice and needs.

practicing yoga with hannah feels like a soothing embrace. she brings a wonderful lightness and has a vast amount of knowledge, especially about yoga philosophy. taking regular classes with hannah has changed and improved my yoga practice enormously. with her techniques I have learned to practice asanas more consciously and with more awareness. I regularly attend her classes and 1:1’s. she is a great inspiration.

Es gibt eine Vielzahl verschiedener Meditationstechniken, was sich für den Einstieg in die Meditation überwältigend anfühlen kann. Ich gebe dir Techniken der Achtsamkeit, der liebenden Güte und des Mitgefühls an die Hand, die sich evidenzbasiert positiv auf dein Erleben auswirken.
Wir können daran arbeiten:
- Einführung in die Meditation
- Erlernen verschiedener Techniken
- Hintergrund – wie verändert Meditation den Geist und das Gehirn?
- Aufbau einer regelmäßigen Praxis mit Techniken, die auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind
